About Asia Flight Simulation Centre

Asia Flight Simulation Centre (AFSC) is an authorised agent for Sporty's Pilot (USA) and Jeppesen Sanderson (A Boeing Company), both of which are major leading suppliers of aviation products and aviation training in the world. AFSC is also a member of the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association (AOPA). Our organisation specialises in Aerospace and Aeronautical training, simulation and education programmes for corporate organisations as well as schools and educational institutions.

Our training curriculum adheres with that of world-renowed U.S. aviation company Jeppesen Sanderson and other reputable agencies, complemented by a sophisticated real-world flight simulation training platform currently used by the U.S. Navy Air Force in their pilot training programme.

Under our division for enrichment programmes for Secondary Schools, our programmes are designed and structured with the latest flight simulation technologies and multimedia training aids, with a strong inclination towards the concept of "Learning Through Play" as expounded in the Ministry of Education's learning motto.

The basic aim of our programme lies in working towards kindling the students' imagination, enthusiasm and appreciation of the different arms of Maths and Sciences (including Biology, as in human performance in flight). This is possible as aviation touches on a wide spectrum of academic disciplines.

Through the courses, students will be able to see the correlation between what they learn in the classrooms and actual applications in real life.

And to make the learning fun for better knowledge appreciation and retention, we have structured our courses such that students will be exposed to many hands-on sessions where they face the exact situation and environment faced by real pilots - cockpit workload management, flying proficiency, weather, aircraft and instrument knowledge, aircraft performance knowledge, etc.

This is one enrichment programme that is highly engaging yet educational.
